‘Thanksgiving’ can be hard for many people. At Heartfelt, we stand with Native and Indigenous communities. And we are helping raise funds for NAICCO (National American Indian Center of Central Ohio) to contribute to their initiatives.

We also recognize that diet culture might have its grubby hands in the day too — remember you do NOT ever need to earn your food or ‘burn extra holiday calories’. We move for joy here.

And ultimately we know that holidays in general can be hard for many q***r people who don’t have a supportive family to go home to. We’re here for you always. And together as a community, we can create change in all of these areas and more.

This event will be hosted at our *CYCLE* STUDIO (1780 W 5th Ave) at 9am. You can expect a fun blend of both cycle + yoga and lots of community love. Make sure you book a FREE spot on our schedule — space is limited so please cancel if you decide you’re unable to make it. And we encourage any and all donations if you’re able, even if you are unable to attend the event. You can donate on our instagram page @ heartfeltcyclestudio
