A correct Contact point makes a big difference when trying to hit the perfect shot🎾
Most juniors and recreational players let the ball drift too far back or reacting — behind the hip — then wonder why they have to muscle every shot. The fix is more about spacing and timing.
Meet the ball out in front, around waist height, arm extended, ball ahead of the lead foot.
Ball ahead of the lead foot
✅Roughly waist height (forehand groundstroke)
✅Arm extended, not collapsed at the elbow
✅Head still, eyes at the contact zone through impact
✅Weight transferring forward
🔑🔑KEEP THE FEET MOVING
🔑🔑 ADJUST BACKSWING BASED ON SPEED, DEPTH & HEIGHT
