Come by tomorrow and see us and support and for the annual Beast Bash competition hosted by .fitness. All proceeds go to Cancer Services of Gastonia and help fund those here locally that are affected by cancer as well as helping Emily travel for her first strongwoman competition as a pro! Big shoutout to everyone who helped sponsor the show and make it the biggest one yet!

We will be out there with the latest drops and a sign up sheet for anyone looking to get one of our earlier drops! The competition begins at 1 pm for those who would like to watch the action, food and beverages will be available for purchase as well. Come out and support a great cause!

We knew it was coming sooner rather than later… it still hasn’t truly set in for either of us yet but today is the first day you get to wake up and say “I AM A PRO STRONGWOMAN!” It was an emotional day for the both of us (may have had a tear in my eye afterwards)… I am so FU***NG PROUD of you! The long days, early mornings, crazy workouts, and sketchy contraptions we put together all paid off. This is the beginning of a grand new chapter for you, next step is your first pro show! 💪🏻

Mom came through repping us savages for her workout today 💪🏻 when I started my fitness journey, neither of my parents really worked out, dad was active at work but nothing else. Nothing beats watching both your parents take their health seriously at this point in their lives and making big changes!

I’d say make sure you snag a shirt BUT we sold out already 🫣 we will be restocking soon so make sure you reach out and claim yours before they sell out again!
