Announcement 📣
I have decided to end my in-home training. I will continue through the summer doing group fitness outdoors.
This has been a difficult decision. I have accepted a full time position and pushed the pause button on being an entrepreneur.
I have learned SO much and met so many great people in the community. I want to continue to support them and see them grow. In the future if I return to this I will know more than I started with!
Thank you to those who have supported me big and small. I am forever grateful for these connections.

I am forever grateful for clients like Catherine as well as many others.

🎉🎉HUGE investment right here🎉🎉. I'm excited to announce that I added a new piece of equipment to my In-home training inventory.

Introducing my interchangeable dumb bells by Bowflex the SelectTech 552 series. They go up to 50lbs! Talk about giving myself a new kind of workout bringing these bad boys around town.
