These forms will be sent home with all elementary boys today so be on the lookout for these forms coming home today and if you’re not a Heritage student just print out a form and bring it to front office. May 6th and 7th is 4th-6th grades and May 8th and 9th is 1st-3rd grades. Go Pats!
