Thank you God for my health and allowing me to participate in another long race with my sister friends. From having the physical capabilities to run in this race to the financial resources to fly to another state to run, I'm so grateful for everything that the Lord has done for me.

Run Richmond 16:19 was a wonderful experience that gave me the opportunity to clean up 10 miles in the 16K race. I challenged and stretched myself to reach new running goals all while battling my sinuses and minimal sleep.

I'm thankful for the time spent with my beautiful fitness sisters and the running community from all over the country.

Thank you Lord for all you've done for me.
