Been wanting to try a spin class but are nervous/uncomfortable trying something new in front of others who are experienced? Then this class is for you!🤩Come learn the lingo that gets used during classes, what the different k***s and levers on the bikes do, different modes that occur during the course of a class, and how to make adjustments to the bike so it fits you properly.

🚴Classes are Monday evenings during the month of October from 7:15-7:45pm right here at our CG branch. It's highly encouraged that you attend all 4 sessions due to limited spots available, but also to get the best experience🙂Register on our Daxko app or stop in at either Putnam County YMCA location to have our front desk personnel assist you.
