Hi I am Hannah.
Hannah is deeply passionate about serving others and being a guiding light in their lives. After embarking on her journey into the ancient medical science of Ayurveda nearly two years ago, she has developed a
love for the transformations that occur when we take the time to slow down and connect with our surroundings and ourselves. She has been using the wisdom of Ayurveda to guide her mind, body, and spirit into harmony with nature and its rhythms and flow. Witnessing significant transformations in her own life, she is eager to share this knowledge with her community. Hannah believes that, in our fast-paced, modern lives filled with stress and demands, the teachings of Ayurveda are more valuable than ever. In her free time, she enjoys studying, practicing yoga, biking, hiking, capturing nature’s beauty through
photography, spending time with friends and family, crafting, cooking, reading, writing, and taking leisurely walks in the park with her significant other. Hannah is a certified Ayurvedic lifestyle coach and is currently furthering her education to earn her
Ayurvedic wellness counselor certification. She completed her level one, 300-hour training course at the Shakti School in 2025 and is currently enrolled in their level two program, with graduation set to be in May
2027. Hannah‘s journey into the yoga world began in 2020 when she found her lifelong chronic pain becoming more debilitating than ever. When her chiropractor suggested she try yoga to help manage her hip pain,
she went home and went straight to YouTube and typed, “ yoga for hip pain” into the search bar. The first time she went into child’s pose, her body surrendered, and she burst into tears. From that moment, yoga became an integral part of her life—a lifeline during emotionally and physically challenging
times. Each time she returned to her mat, she made the choice to prioritize herself above all else which was an unfamiliar concept for her back then. After about five years and a lot of transformational work and growing pains later, she found herself at another one of life‘s lows, with chronic health problems escalating and no hope for its end in sight. She received a perfectly timed ad for the Shakti School which specializes in Feminine Form Ayurveda. Despite having no prior knowledge of either the school or the healing system, she trusted the compelling, strong, quiet voice within her that urged her to “click that. ” Upon doing so, her world opened up. Listening to the founder and lead teacher, speak about the beautiful science of life—Ayurveda—and how to use it to uncover one’s true self and establish harmony through a connection with the natural world around us, that inner voice prompted her once more, “this is what you need.” With only eight hours until enrollment closed, she signed up for the level one course and began classes
the very next day. Since then, she has been dedicated to applying the teachings and practices of Ayurveda to restore her physical health while also fostering mental, spiritual, and emotional growth.
