Her interests are as dynamic as they are diverse. A passionate sports fan, she enjoys following both professional and college baseball, football, and basketball, appreciating the energy and strategy each game offers. Her taste in music is equally wide-ranging, with an eclectic playlist that reflects her open-minded and curious spirit.
Committed to personal growth and holistic well-being, she holds both 200- and 300-hour yoga certifications, demonstrating a deep dedication to the practice. In addition, she is certified in reiki healing and breath-work, integrating these disciplines to support mindfulness, healing, and inner balance in her everyday life.

Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic, muscular yang styles of yoga that build internal heat and emphasize the lengthening and contracting of muscles. Yin Yoga incorporates long-held, passive floor asanas using props for support promoting flexibility, joint mobility, and mental relaxation. Focusing primarily on hips, pelvis, and lower spine with a quiet introspection, stillness, and deep mindful breathing. Suitable for all levels of experience.
