This Saturday, we’re hosting a Small Group Community Workout at The Garden Gym — open to members, friends, and the community.

You don’t need to be a member.
You don’t need to come alone.
You just need a body willing to move.

For Valentine’s this year, we’re rooted in self-love 🩷🌿

Being rooted in self-love means training with respect for your body, honoring where you are, and growing stronger through consistency, not punishment.

From Feb 9–14, members are invited to bring someone they love — a partner, friend, coworker, or family member — to train alongside them.

AND To close out the week, we’ll also be hosting a small group community session on Saturday morning open to the public (limited spots).

This week is about showing up for yourself and inviting someone to do it alongside you. Growth is better together.
