2000 push-ups this week was up people

Problem fitness 30 day arm circuit challenge pullups close grip,pullups wide grip, pushups ( for warm-ups)4-5 sets 15-25 reps. Now the workout tricep pulldown,bicep machine curl, decline push-up, rope pulldowns, dumbbells curls all exercise 5 sets to failure

To be better everyday you have to reach for more everyday.. beat a goal then immediately set a nee one..Focus on the goa...
