Instagram fitness looks ready.
Functional fitness is ready.
Those aren’t the same thing.
Deadlifts transfer to patient lifts. Loaded carries transfer to gear on stairs. Sprint intervals transfer to the cardiovascular demand of a call that goes sideways in the first 30 seconds.
We don’t train these movements because they’re hard. We train them because they transfer.
