We swear there’s a difference.

The “up all night with the baby” tired.
The “so much on my plate I don’t know where to start” tired.
The “running on caffeine and anxiety” tired.
The “back-to-back meetings” tired.
The “kids needed me, work needed me, everyone needed me” tired.

We KNOW that tired.

Moving your body changes it. That bad tired turns into something different

You’re tired from the workout but also feeling accomplished, and clear-headed.

We know you still have a full life of to-dos waiting for you, but now you have the mental space and strength to actually return back to it.
