“This summer, the Outlaws will host an eight-week youth rugby clinic on Monday nights at Gans Creek in partnership with Columbia Youth Rugby and the Columbia Parks and Recreation Department for boys and girls ages 5 to 12…’For the younger kids it’s all non-contact and it’s flag,’ Noe says. “They’re really just working on getting good passes, playing a good, solid defense”
