I LOVE teaching this little girl, and the curriculum I use to teach kids to play! After just six months of lessons, she and I were able to give a mini-concert for her parents, grandparents and friends. She did a beautiful job!

Had a really cute exchange with one of my students this week. We were labeling all of the C, D and E notes on the piano. I told him D is for dog because the dog lives in the doghouse made by the two black keys; C is for the cat that lives to the left of the dog. I asked him what we should call the E that lives to the right? He said, "an Egyptian." :-) Donna
