Benchmark Performance Week is designed to give you a clear snapshot of your progress through four simple but powerful tests that measure your strength, endurance, and overall athletic performance. Every benchmark is a 60-second challenge that allows you to compare your results cycle after cycle and prove the work you've been putting in.
