Happy Father’s Day to all of our Bombshell dads! 💚🥎💛

These girls wouldn’t be here without you sacrificing so much of your time (and money 😉) because girl dad life is definitely not for the weak! From long weekends at the ball field, countless practices, bucket after bucket of balls, and all the miles traveled, thank you for everything you do.

We appreciate the cheers from the stands, the pep talks after tough games, and the unwavering support you give these girls every single day.

Today we celebrate YOU. Happy Father’s Day to the men helping raise strong, confident, hardworking young ladies. We are thankful for each and every one of you! 💚💛🥎👊🏻

6/13 Undefeated Gold Bracket Champions!!

These girls played so well last weekend, and it felt like things were finally starting to click — but this weekend, it REALLY showed. They were swinging the bats, girls who hadn’t gotten hits yet this season were getting ahold of the ball more than once, stealing bases like somebody stole their candy and they were coming to collect, and making SO many good things happen.

We are so proud of them and love seeing this growth!

Shoutout to last weekend’s MVP, Addie Davis — great job on the mound, kid!

Charlotte Davis, MVP of the Championship game — what an aggressive and amazing catcher!

A few of our Bombshell girls took on rec league this spring for some extra reps, and every one of them earned a spot on their All-Star teams! 🥎❤️

These girls have been putting in the work — playing and practicing most weeks 5+ days a week. This weekend, they competed in the DYS District Tournament, and although it felt so weird seeing them play against each other, they all showed up swinging, making plays, and giving it their all.

Congrats to AB & Addie’s Midland All-Star team on their 1st place finish, and congrats to McKinley, Livia & Zoe on runner-up! We are so proud of all of you, no matter the outcome.

Now it’s back at it together this weekend as Bombshells! 🥎❤️

Today we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. ❤️🤍💙

The Midland Bombshells 10U are thankful for our military, veterans, and fallen heroes this Memorial Day. 🇺🇸

Having fun on and off the field!

Yesterday’s tournament was a tough one, but we’re finally starting to see pieces of the Bombshell defense come back together the way we know they can. Offensively we were a little off, but that’s part of the process — and there were still SO many positives to take away. 🥎

The girls secured the #8 seed out of 19 teams after:
• Falling 8-3 to a very strong older team in Game 1
• Battling back with a big 16-5 win against a team closer to our age in Game 2
• Falling short in bracket play 8-3 to another experienced 10U team with an extra season under their belt

But these girls battled all day long. Big defensive plays were made, lots of strikes were thrown, and we even capitalized on some drop third strikes — which is HUGE while still learning and adjusting to all the little details of 10U ball.

Growth isn’t always shown on the scoreboard. Sometimes it’s in the confidence, the hustle, the adjustments, and the little moments finally starting to click together. We built this team from the ground up once before, and we’ll do it again.

The future is bright for these girls, and we can’t wait to watch them continue to grow and soar. 💚💛
