💪 MEET OUR NEW PERSONAL TRAINER: JEFFERSON BARBOSA

Infinity Fitness & Wellness Center is excited to welcome Jefferson Barbosa to our fitness family!

Jefferson is an AMFPT-Certified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach with 16 years of strength-training and fitness experience. As a former professional basketball player with six years of professional experience, he brings an athlete’s perspective and a practical, results-focused approach to every training session.

Jefferson also volunteered with the Strength & Conditioning Department at Fort Hays State University, working with athletes in football, soccer, volleyball, basketball, baseball, and golf.

Whether your goal is to:

💪 Build strength and muscle
⚡ Improve conditioning
🏀 Enhance athletic performance

Another great workout in the books! 💪🔥

This week, we brought out the resistance bands and put in some serious work! From controlled movements to added resistance, the class focused on building strength, activating those muscles, improving stability, and keeping that body working from start to finish.

The bands may look simple, but they definitely brought the BURN! 🍑🔥 Everyone showed up, pushed through, and finished strong.

We’re building strength, confidence, and consistency one workout at a time—and we’re just getting started!

🏋️ A Friendly Reminder to Our IFWC Community!

At Infinity Fitness & Wellness Center, we want members of ALL fitness levels to feel comfortable and confident using every piece of equipment in our facility.

💪 Please re-rack your weights when you’re finished.
A 45 lb. weight might be an easy lift for one person, but moving it may be outside another member’s comfort level or ability.

If you can lift it, you can re-rack it! 🙌

🧺 And about those towels…
If an IFWC towel has inadvertently walked out the door with you (hey, it happens!), please bring it back on your next visit and drop it in one of our hampers. We’ll be happy to welcome it home. 😊

Small actions make a BIG difference in keeping our gym clean, accessible, welcoming, and ready for everyone.
