Be You Next Level 12U

What a day at The St. James! Our girls battled their way into bracket play as the #2 seed and left everything on the field. After an incredible run, we came up just short in a hard-fought championship game.

While the outcome wasn’t what we wanted, these girls showed exactly who they are—resilient, competitive, and united. They played with heart, supported one another, and represented our program with pride every step of the way.

At the Be You Sports Summer Skills Academy, participants will develop flag football fundamentals, improve athletic performance, build confidence, and strengthen leadership skills through our unique combination of sports instruction and social-emotional learning. Long Reach High School Girls Flag Football, Be You Sports, and the NCFFL are proud to present the EmpowHER Bowl Mid-Atlantic Girls Flag Football Tournament!⚡️💪

We are bringing the best talent in the region together for an unforgettable day of competition, empowerment, and elite flag football. Whether you’re coaching a squad of young ballers or a high school powerhouse, this is the tournament where you want to test your skills.

Here is what you need to know:
📅 When: Saturday, July 25th, 2026
📍 Where: Columbia, Maryland
👧 Divisions: 10U | 12U | 14U | 17U *(Age determination as of Aug 1, 2025)
Format: 5v5 | 3 games guaranteed!
