Alright, finally I'm at a point now where I can start leaning back into personal training. Hes going more for the wrestling focus side of it which, judo, BBJ, and wrestling are all fantastic ground game arts that you should either add to your style or know how to defend against.

Here we are working on a drill to help better learn and understand some of the defense options in boxing, "slip, roll, duck, and pull back." Getting a tube, I'm exaggerating my reach to help better simulate a longer limbed opponent. By being at the very end of my reach he can better do the drills in fluid motions while not over exaggerating any areas or being too hard on his knees.
