As late summer starts turning into fall, Bass start following the bait—and if there’s Herring around, you better have a Mach Shad tied on. 🔥

The Strike King Mach Shad is a killer choice when Bass are feeding on Herring and other baitfish this time of year. Burn it around points, through schooling fish, over grass, or anywhere you see bait getting pushed to the surface. When northern Smallmouth start making that late-summer transition into fall, it's time to slow down and finesse the presentation. 🔥

The Strike King Tumbleweed and Magnum Tumbleweed are perfect for targeting Smallmouth around rocky banks, points, current, and deeper structure. 💪

How to fish it: Rig the Tumbleweed on the Tumbleweed Jig Head, Weightless, or on a Drop Shot, and work it with a slow, subtle retrieve. Make long casts, let it get down, then slowly drag, hop, and shake it along the bottom. When Smallmouth are feeding on slightly larger forage, step up to the Magnum Tumbleweed for a bigger profile.
