It is my pleasure to introduce our two assistant softball coaches, Coach Gracey Baucom and Coach Halle Jo Sibley to the Columbia High School softball family.

I am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside two coaches who share a passion for developing young athletes and building a program that our school and community can be proud of. I truly believe God brings the right people together at the right time, and I am thankful to have them as part of this journey.
Coach Gracey and Coach Halle Jo are committed to representing this program with integrity, character, and professionalism.
They understand that our responsibility extends far beyond the softball field. Together, we are dedicated to creating a culture built on hard work, accountability, respect, and a genuine commitment to one another.

Our goal is to help every player grow not only in her skills and knowledge of the game, but also as a leader, teammate, and person of strong character. We want our athletes to compete with confidence, serve others with humility, and represent Columbia High School with pride in everything they do.
I am excited about what lies ahead and the impact these coaches will have on our players and our program.

Please join me in welcoming Coach Gracey and Coach Halle Jo . I look forward to the relationships we will build, the challenges we will embrace, and the culture we will create together as we pursue excellence on and off the field.
