Iowa State Ultimate Club

Iowa State Ultimate Club Iowa State University Men's Ultimate Club ISUC is a club that plays ultimate (frisbee) competitively across the country. We have both an A and a B team.

Practices are Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-7:30 pm and on Sunday from 5-7 pm at MWL fields. The first split comes in October, but players can move between A and B until the deadline in April. Both teams practice together, lift together and attend most of the same tournaments. We hang out after practice together, share road trips, and support each other. We play all year long, from the first Tue

sday of fall semester up to the end of school in May. In the fall, we attend 4-5 weekend tournaments in the midwest. Once winter hits, we move practice indoors to the Lied Rec's turf, and focus on conditioning our bodies for the spring season. In the spring, we escape Iowa's snow and travel further south for tournaments in preparation for the USAU College Series.
