There are many who stay in crappy situations simply because they had agreed to it in the beginning.

People stay in marriages that do not meet the standard they now hold even if they gave it their all, others stay consistent to religious beliefs they know to be false simply because “it’s how I was raised”.

Others go along with friends who no longer share the same values as they because “I grew up with them”.

Staying consistent in an effort to “keep your word” and satisfy others while violating your now evolved perspective and value system isn’t the key to being a person of honor and integrity, because you are now being untrue to yourself.

To be a true master you must strive be fair to the other, but always be true to yourself and to the highest truth that you know.

I know there is a lot of passion in much that is happening in the world today and it may feel free to join the finger pointing frenzy.

But, with an understanding of energy, any leader who wishes to create change must realize that blame, villainization 🦹‍♂️ and polarization only anchors that vibration and creates more of the lower vibration in the hearts of those they serve.

One could inadvertently be creating more fear in the minds of people which is exactly what we don’t want and exactly what the lower energy sources want. A classic example of the law of unintended consequences.

This is a deep subject, but I welcome your opinion.

Do you find that you tend to over complicate things?

It may even be disguised as perfectionism or as having high standards.

Well that’s likely a fake out by your mind to keep you happy 😃.

The reality is that hidden in any behavior is a message or a statement of belief.

And a pattern of over complicating things that should otherwise be simple says something about your deep subconscious belief.

It could be a belief about yourself, about the world, etc.

So if this is your pattern, be aware of it next time you find yourself dilly dally-ing around on something you should and want to do.

You can decide to change it in that moment, because you are now aware of the pattern.

If it is a pervasive pattern, then you may need to dig into it more to find out where it came from and why you are playing that out.

This is something you can do on your own with enough focus on the problem, but many entrepreneurs have found it helpful to get support.

Some people will say it’s photoshopped. Others will say I use performance enhancers.

All I say is “ok. Whatever makes you feel better.”

Come watch me work and then say that again to my face.

I may not be the biggest guy in the room, or lift the heaviest weights.

But I take pride in showing up consistently and giving it my best.

This is my goal in every area of life and it’s my wish for you too.
