At Cavalo BJJ, we provide black-belt level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction in a safe, family friendly atmosphere. We maintain a clean, professional facility and welcome all skill levels and body types in an intimidation-free environment. Our facility has 1700 square foot of mat space and provides locker rooms and showers for student use. We are also very proud to provide students with the highest-

level of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Columbia, Mo. Our members are some of the most accomplished Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu artists at their belt-level in the state. Zach Lenon, our lead instructor, is the only black belt in mid-Missouri as well.

You asked, we listened. Women's no-gi is officially joining the schedule, Sundays 12pm-1pm.

Our women's program is led by Kindra Barrett, Cavalo's first female black belt, and is built specifically to help women develop strong, confident no-gi jiu-jitsu in a safe and supportive environment.

Expect high-quality technique, controlled live sparring, and training partners who care about your progress and safety.

This class is open to all levels. Whether you're brand new, cross-training from the gi, or looking to sharpen your competition game, we'd love to have you.
