We’re excited to take RockFIT Wellness and Fitness beyond the studio and participate in our very first vendor show! 💕

This is another step in our mission to show that wellness is about more than just working out—it’s about taking care of your body inside and out.

We’ll be showcasing some of our RockFIT wellness products, including Magnesium Mineral Spray, Castor Oil Rollers, Mineral Bath Salts, and St. Lucian Sea Moss.

We can’t wait to connect with the wellness community, share what we’ve been creating, and introduce even more people to the wellness side of RockFIT.

HAPPY LABOR DAY!

This Labor Day, we honor the strength, resilience, and contributions of women who break barriers, support others, and keep showing up. Rosie the Riveter’s “We Can Do It!” spirit lives on in women everywhere and SHE is who will will represent in our Mardi Gras parade this year. 💪🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

I'm excited for October, not because it's my birthday month, but because I am revitalizing my Boxing class, starting with a beginner's clinic!

I'm feeling incredibly grateful to the GOAT, the legend, the man who is in his 57th year of coaching - Barry Stumpf, of Finefrock & Stumpf Golden Gloves Center.

He's more than a coach... he's a mentor and an example of someone who gives 100% to the kids in the community by sharing his love of the sport.

He presented this plaque to me in 2021, and I hope to continue to make him proud! We'll be traveling to his gym this fall and getting back in the ring!

Keep your eyes peeled and join us! Dust those gloves off, ladies!
