1.) simple sugars are as addictive or can be as addictive as co***ne. Simple sugars consist of candy, chocolate and s**t like that. Also itโ€™s not very satiating.

2.) if you fall off the wagon once you can fall off again. When you have your cheat meals a lot of times you eat the foods that you love and because of that you want more the next day.

When executing a successful Bulking phase in the winter here are three tips!

1.) you need to make sure your increasing the volume in your workouts and bushing that weight! As well as increasing your calories!

2.) KEEP YOUR MACROS IN CHECK! This will help you when you enter the cutting phase later in maintaining that muscle you just worked so hard to gain.

3.) recovery, hydration and sleep need to be made the upmost priority! This will allow you to push yourself every day!
