April Springs Refresh Challenge🌻
The challenge is intended to reset your metabolism while focusing on strength training. You know how beneficial a healthy lifestyle can be and it requires sacrifice to obtain goals. Make your decision ahead of time so you don't question it later.
REMOVE all the Unknown and decision fatigue and follow the Chocolicious Experience daily plan.
Simply select exercises from the existing participants and previous content and complete 4 sets of 10 that day and modify based off your needs. THE 🔑 is to be Consistent each day. You will see a difference others will notice and perhaps you will be their inspiration.
After Completing Challenge participants will have a better understanding of hunger cues, self love and strength. Post daily for accountability and support. Your fitness journey can be lonely but it doesn't have be.
