We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple retail locations, lead high-performing teams, and ensure strong operational and sales performance across the region.

Reports To: Charleston Store
Will Oversee: Florance, Mrytle Beach, Savannah, Summerville, Charleston, Ridgeland

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support store leadership teams
Drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Analyze performance and implement strategies for growth
Lead training, development, and team engagement

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
3–5+ years of retail or service industry experience
Multi-unit management experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of fi****ms and ATF compliance required
