Accuracy is earned, not given. ๐ŸฅŽ

A low elbow is the fastest way to lose velocity and sail your throws. Keep your elbow at shoulder height and point your lead shoulder to the target to stay on a line.

Greatness is built in the silence. ๐Ÿ†

The medals and trophies are just the results of the hours you put in when no one is watching. Whether itโ€™s one more rep in the cage or one more drill on the turf, every bit of effort counts toward the athlete you want to become.

The shortest path wins. โšก๏ธ

Losing your barrel behind you is the fastest way to a strikeout. Focus on taking the k**b of the bat directly to the ball to stay compact and explosive through the zone.

In any sport, your hands can only go where your feet take them. Explosive footwork is the difference between making the play and being a step too late. If you aren't training your base, you're playing at a disadvantage.

Get faster. Get more agile. Master your footwork at https://www.olympicindoorsports.com/ and letโ€™s level up your game.
