For those wondering why I haven’t posted videos in years I am unable to power lift due to my body’s limitations from injuries I sustained. I am however still coaching / training individuals who are interested in powerlifting, bodybuilding, or general fitness.

395 2x2 beltless. Sticking to the program to continue to increase my numbers. Really happy with this beltless squat today.

Bench setup. The setup stays the same from light to heavy. I like to slide up the bench to start so there is no bunch in my shirt just a small thing that irritates me. Shoulder blades are pulled together keeping my back tight heels are pulled back and have a slight arch in my lower back. At the bottom of the movement start the push from the legs to pop the bar of the chest and then press the bar up. There are more things to focus on throughout the movement as well but this is a good start.

Volume training 395 for the last four days now for 3 sets of 2. My first set today for 2 did 3 reps for my last 2 sets. Contiuned progress with proper nutrition and programming. Message me if you are interested in start a planning or have any questions.

Squat session 395 3 sets of 2 my phone stopped recording, not sure what happened. Gotta stick with the program to keep building.

This is Sam's bench video for the day. I have been training her for 2 months. She started at just the bar and is now benching 115 for multiple sets of singles.
