We are a fitness facility that promotes health as an individual journey that changes over a lifetime. We teach that fitness is a process, specific to each of us, not made of temporary generic, workout programs. We teach clients how to live the life they want no matter what they look like on the outside. We teach them to appreciate what their body CAN do. We teach them that fitness is a lifelong le

arning, that changes along the way. We teach them to focus on what they CAN do and to celebrate victory's large and small.

The week after Thanksgiving marks a very important milestone for us --- And this year it's extra special! Way back in 1999, I started a business -- This year marks 25 years since that time when I knew very little about the path that lay ahead. Today I feel grateful for all the friends, family and clients who supported this dream and helped to challenge me to grow (even when I didn't want to haha!)
