It's that time of year for South Carolina friends--- let's turn the pool into a GYM!

Hello, South Carolina neighbors!

Do you have a pool? Does a neighbor have a pool? Does your community have a pool? Are you a member of the YMCA or another gym with access to a pool?!?!

I'm currently booking clients for Aqua Fitness (water workouts) and Aqua Therapy (water therapy) sessions!

Aqua Fitness is for ANY body, ANY age, ANY level!!! Aqua Therapy is great for recovery from surgeries, injuries, and for balance and strength.

I’m an AEA certified and insured aqua fitness instructor and personal trainer with over 5 certifications! I've been teaching private and group classes/workouts and aqua therapy since 2021.

The other day I told participants to go to their "favorite spot"--- when I say this, I want them to find the BEST location in the pool for their workouts. The BEST location is where they will get the BEST workout, and that is usually measured by the water level. You can find it by going into water that is chest (half in and half out) or armpit level.
You might have guessed it already... but we had a FUNNY student that day! She told me that her favorite spot was on the deck in a lounge chair🤣
HILARIOUS!

This past weekend, participants in one community gathered together for a "muscle" party. We had GREAT food, fun games (I'll share more about my favorite games to play in another post!), lots of prizes, and learned about muscles and massages from a business friend of mine, Danielle Nichole, Dvine Pressure. **Contact Danielle for all of your massage and muscle needs!!! At one of the communities that I teach at, there is a small section of wall/pavers that juts into the pool. This little area is called "Misfit Island".
It's a term of endearment🙃 To be honest, these misfits work harder on the island because they know I'm watching them! LOL!
