“THE WEIGHT IS OVER”


HAPPY NEW YEAR HAPPY NEW YOU!

We begin with a focus on Spirit-Mind-Body! Spirit is who we are, everything begins in Mind our Body is the vehicle through which Spirit-Mind expresses. Start the day before you get out of be by giving thanks to our Creator, God for breath, for breath is life and life is activity. Love yourself unconditionally by loving you from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet. Take time to love and give thanks for every cell, molecule, atom, organs, veins, blood, that everything is working in divine order. Know that ye are a god, made in the image, after the likeness of our Father Mother God, a co-creator to be, have, become all that we desire. Take the time to know that you are a unique, special, awesome work in progress. Yes it takes work to work on you to stay in health.
1. Let’s begin by taking time to stretch by bringing your knees to your chest take a deep breath as you push out exhale, do this ten times.
2. Bring your knees to your chest, with arms spread out, twist your body to the right, your head turned to the opposite side. hold for a count of ten, feel the stretch.
3.Switch to the left, hold for ten.
4.Bring your arms behind the middle of your head, bring your knees to your chest, move your right arm to your left leg, alternate left arm to your right leg. repeat ten times.
5.bring your legs up into the air, flex your feet, do circles, stretch legs open as far as you can, feel the stretch the more you do this the more flexible you will become.
6.Stretch legs long and lean and do scissors and crossovers.
7.Get out of bed and bring your arms up into the air, take a deep breath, exhale as you bend to touch your toes or as far as you can, do as many as you can stretch up, stretch down.

You will feel invigorated, motivated, and high on life to start your day.
