-Practice of Tae Kwon Do emphasizes Speed, Strength, and Balance in the arms, legs, and core through a variety of kicks, strikes, and movements. Build Concentration and Self-Confidence
-Repeated practice of forms and movements focuses the mind on improving and perfecting technique. Students advance through several ranks continuing to learn new skills that build upon what

they have already learned and mastered. Learn Respect and Discipline
-Students learn to take directions from their instructor in an environment that coaches respect for the instructor, respect for other students, respect for opponents, and self respect.
