Check out the fantastic sculpture created by multitalented guide who just earned her graphic design degree from 🎓 This 3 1/2 feet tall piece made of recycled cardboard is her final exam for her 3D Foundations class. It's called "Lateral Lines" referring to the sensory system fish use to detect subtle changes in their environment. This sculpture extends that idea to sustainability, suggesting that responsible living requires the same kind of awareness. She highlights our ability to sense our connection to natural systems and to recognize value in materials that might otherwise be discarded. After being a full-time student and working full-time ++ for the past two years, we think this rockstar mom, grandma, culinary pro, marketing boss, and fly fishing guide has earned some bow time. Congrats, Karie!

One of our own, Lary’s guide, Topher , is involved with an incredible local film project and we’d love to see the community show up for it. 🎥

The Runnin’ It Project explores how the things we love — mountain biking, skiing, fly fishing, and time outside — can play a powerful role in supporting mental health.

The evening will also feature Ride to Resilience with pro rider Steve Vanderhoek alongside local rider Jeremy Adams, plus raffle prizes from shops all around the Flathead Valley. All raffle proceeds benefit the Ryder Furshong Scholarship Fund.

This one’s about community, resilience, and the outdoors that keep many of us grounded. ❤️
