Whether you’re training hard on the mats or gathering with friends and family tomorrow, this fresh, vibrant guacamole is the perfect way to celebrate. It’s simple, healthy, packed with flavor, and ready in minutes. Fuel up like a champion!Black

𝗕𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
3 large ripe Hass avocados
1 lime, juiced (about 2 tbsp)
½ tsp sea salt (or to taste)
¼ cup diced white or red onion
3 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
1 jalapeño, seeds removed for milder heat
Optional: 1 diced Roma tomato & 1 minced garlic clove

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
1. Slice the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork or potato masher to your preferred consistency (chunky for that authentic feel!).
2. Stir in the lime juice immediately to keep it bright and prevent browning.
3. Mix in the onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and optional garlic.
4. Gently fold in the diced tomato last so it stays fresh and intact.

Serve with tortilla chips, fresh veggies, or alongside your favorite tacos. Pro tip: Make it right before serving for the best flavor and color!
