We’re getting there 🏆

11 weeks 4 days out from his first bodybuilding show in Houston Texas…Jovan’s transformation is insane.

From 295 lbs down to a low of 208 lbs the other day.. he’s dialed in.

Adding in food when needed along with proper supplementation, we continue to bring him back to life and then break past the plateaus. He’s also been on swing shift for his job so quality sleep has been against him this entire prep.

From a rough upbringing to completely turning his life around and getting in the best shape of his life…we’re hoping to make some noise in the transformation class come June.
