🔹Let’s talk about the difference between white and whole grain 🍞
🔅When you choose white bread, you’re missing out on all of the nutrients!
🔅Although a slice of white bread may be the same amount of calories as a slice of whole grain bread, it gives you no added benefit so why not eat the one that gives you what you need?!
🔅White bread/rice has been stripped of nutrients and tends to have added sugar and an increased effect on blood sugar.
