We just finished our Saturday team workout and Raquel’s 500th workout celebration! We’re giving you a tour of our Bonnie & Clyde/Dart Bags facility, showcasing our gym setup, dartboard area, and how we transformed our 2,000 square foot space into a versatile venue for Team RWB Colorado Springs Team RWB’s kids fair. We highlight our co****le boards, bar area, food trucks, and kids gaming zone with Nintendo stations. This week has been a tough one. Yesterday’s WOD, 45 minutes and brutal. Today, looked a little less taxing, but push press for pre-WOD strength the high wall balls, bench and wall walks. Gonna be tough for some to wash their hair later lol!
