Our Intelligent Interval Training (IIT) will build your strength, endurance, power and mobility. Kineo (Greek for “to move” or “stir up”). Our mission is to get you excited about working out! Workout with purpose at our state-of-the-art facility. Our workout combines 30 minutes of targeted heart rate cardio interval training with 30 minutes of strength training to help achieve goals of: weight loss, muscle balance, better posture, increased core strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility. Each workout has an emphasis designed to help increase strength, power and endurance. This constant variation not only burns lots of calories it keeps the workouts fun and challenging. A expert trainer will guide you thru the workout and insure you are working out at the right level for you. If you are a beginner or an elite athlete the Kineo Fit program will have you looking, feeling and performing better. Kineo Fit is a local family owned business. Developed by a Colorado native, Kineo Fit was designed to provide the diversity and constant variation necessary to take advantage of all the wonderful recreational opportunities in Colorado. To deliver a program like this the right equipment is needed. Kinesis one machines, Woodway treadmills, Schwinn spin bikes, suspension training, free weights, and other equipment all combine for a incredible workout experience. As a new member, you’ll experience first-class customer service: a health history screening, weight and body fat percentage assessments, goal setting session – including dietary plan and monthly workout strategies. Kineo Fit members are a diverse and welcoming community that really encourages each other during workouts making each experience fun and motivating!
