A common question we get is about the set screws in our downrod. The screws are blunt at the end, so there is no need to worry about them damaging the cable! 🙂

Tips and tricks: when you bump your baseplate and the thumbscrews break away, push a hot screwdriver into the remaining plastic to make a new groove and when it cools down twist it out like a normal screw!
