JQRC is having a FIELD TRIP this Tuesday (the 18th) to (2727 N Cascade Ave Ste 170, Colorado Springs, CO 80907). Our weekly 5km will be on the Rock Island and Shooks Run trails.

Afterwards, please enjoy beverages at Goat Patch Brewing and food from Nacho Matrix or Down South Louisiana Cooking food truck.

Important Announcement! On Tuesday, August 18th, Jack Quinn's Irish Pub has a private event booked upstairs, so we will be going on a Field Trip to Onward Physical Therapy (2727 N Cascade Ave Ste 170, Colorado Springs, CO 80907).
DO NOT SHOW UP to JQ on August 18th for our weekly run; we won't be there! Run route maps will be published next week.

We have an updated list for donations as the efforts are shifting to help those affected start rebuilding and recovering. Please, no more clothes or canned food! Ready to eat individually packaged foods, cleaning supplies, and gift cards are going to be huge at this stage. Please help if you can!
