The enemy doesn’t wait until you’re weak.

He starts early. Plants the narrative before you even know it’s there. You’re too much, not enough, disqualified, behind.

The enemy plants his narrative early. So do I.

You don’t need someone to fix you.
You need someone who already knows you’re not broken.

Maybe you haven’t been stuck. Maybe you’ve just been waiting for the right person to walk into this season with you.

She woke up every morning dreading the day.

Not because she wasn’t capable. Not because she hadn’t put in the work. But because shame had quietly convinced her that she was the problem.

That’s what shame does. It doesn’t just make you doubt your abilities — it makes you doubt yourself.

The most important work I do as a coach isn’t building new skills. It’s helping people untangle their identity from their circumstances. Who you ARE is not defined by what hasn’t happened yet.

God does not call you to perform from a place of shame. He calls you forward. He calls you whole.

“There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” — Romans 8:1

Fear will try to shut you down. Shame will try to keep you there. But neither of those is the voice you’re supposed to be listening to.

The season of shame is over.

Today, this seems fitting, “the weary world rejoices…”

It names a shared human condition… WEARINESS.

The lyric isn’t romanticizing exhaustion; it’s honest about it.

The world is tired… we are tired… spiritually, morally, emotionally. By the time Christ enters the story, humanity is worn down by oppression, injustice, broken systems, unmet longings, and the quiet fatigue of waiting for God to move. The lyric gives voice to that collective ache.

But, here’s the catch… rejoicing doesn’t come from circumstances improving.

It comes from hope entering the darkness. But then… “for yonder breaks a new and glorious morn”. Rejoicing happens not because the night is over yet, but because dawn has been promised. Jesus’ birth signals that God has not abandoned His people; He has stepped into their weariness.

We serve a God that MEETS us in our exhaustion, not after we’ve cleaned it up. As a 7 on the enneagram… I find myself pursuing joy always. Sometimes that can come across as denial. However, joy is not denial of pain, it’s the presence of redemption. Rejoicing flows from who has come, not from everything suddenly being fixed.

“the weary world rejoices…” It names real life.

We GET to rejoice not because we aren’t tired, but because Christ enters into it with us and brings us true SOUL REST. The world will always attempt to offer a synthetic version of rest. It will never be able to manufacture God’s peace.

Just for today, may you find JOY. PEACE. REST.
And may you be filled with the hope of redemption.

Life’s most profound moments rarely happen in isolation. Whether it’s sharing tears of joy, wrestling with difficult decisions, or celebrating breakthrough moments – these experiences gain their richness through sharing them with others.

God intentionally created us for community. From the very beginning, He declared, “It is not good for man to be alone.” We see this thread of community woven throughout Scripture, and it’s in these spaces of authentic connection where we can be both fully seen and fully loved. Yes, we witness each other’s struggles and imperfections, but it’s precisely in these moments of vulnerability that we find the strength to grow, to heal, and to step into who God has called us to be.

This is why I created The Haven Collective – a sacred space where ambitious Christian women come together to uncover their true identity in Christ. Together, we create an environment where it’s safe to ask the hard questions, implement necessary boundaries, and deepen our walk with Jesus.

I became a Life Coach for Christian women because I recognized a fundamental truth: our success flows from our foundations. Before we can truly thrive in our businesses or careers, we need to nurture our relationship with Jesus, cultivate healthy marriages, develop life-giving parenting strategies, and foster authentic friendships. These aren’t just nice-to-haves – they’re the bedrock upon which everything else is built.

As we look ahead to 2025, imagine being surrounded by women who share your values, understand your struggles, and champion your God-given dreams. Women who will pray with you, grow with you, and remind you of God’s promises when you need them most.

This year, my business didn’t follow the upward trajectory I had carefully planned. Revenue dipped, projects stalled, and there were moments when I questioned everything. But in this apparent regression, I discovered something profound: the gift of divine interruption.

The forced slowdown became my classroom. In the quiet moments between a slowed calendar and postponed launches, I found space to breathe, to think, to pray. The year taught me that growth isn’t always vertical – sometimes it’s about growing deeper roots instead of taller branches.

There’s a beautiful truth about seasons of pause: they’re not empty spaces to be filled, but fertile soil where new dreams take root. 2024 became my buffer year, a divine intermission between acts. Like a computer that needs to buffer before playing the next segment of a video, sometimes we need to pause before our next chapter can play clearly.

This buffer wasn’t a waste – it was preparation. It was in this space that:

•Clarity replaced confusion about my business’s true purpose
•Relationships deepened as I had time to invest in people, not just projects
•New ideas emerged, unrushed and organic
•My foundation in faith grew stronger through dependence rather than independence

So, I’m approaching goal-setting for 2025 differently.

Instead of pushing forward with my own agenda, I’m learning to co-author my future with God. This means:

Divine Partnership in Planning: Rather than creating goals in isolation, I’m inviting God into the planning process from the very beginning. It means holding plans loosely enough that they can be divinely edited.

Embracing Holy Interruptions: I’m building margin into my goals – space for God to interrupt my plans with His better ones. This means setting goals that are both ambitious and flexible, recognizing that divine detours often lead to better destinations than our original routes.

Measuring Success Differently: Success metrics are expanding beyond numbers and achievements to include spiritual fruit: peace in decision-making, joy in the journey, and faithfulness in the small moments.
