World Golf was established in 1977 in Colorado Springs by PGA Professional Mark Fontana with the objective of building an up-scale facility that offered a complete line of golf services and products. After years of growth, World Golf and Sand Creek GC now consists of a show-case lighted driving range, an executive length golf course, miniature golf, restaurant, pub, & grill, and the largest retail

outlet in Southern Colorado. Our professional staff has given over 50,000 people golf lessons and we have always supported our lesson programs with the latest video and swing analysis equipment available. Our retail operation has flourished even while internet and “big-box” retailers have dominated market share. The reason is because of the ability for golfers to demonstrate all major brands on the range, large inventory levels to support sales, a reputation for being the “club fitting experts”, and a well trained professional and sales staff. Our repair and club-building facility is equipped to do all repair jobs and our club-makers typically build over 2,000 sets of clubs per year to support our sales.

🎯 Format

Qualification & Flighting on January 10th & 11th
* Guaranteed two nine-hole Competition Rounds
* One nine-hole qualifier
* One nine-hole match (Minimum)
* Match Winners Advance through Bracket Play

🏆 Flights

Flight positions based on Qualifier Round

* Championship Flight
* 1st Flight
* 2nd Flight

💵 Entry Fee: $175

* Covers all simulator rounds (minimum of two)
* Includes $50 toward prize payout
* Each Player Receives Two additional Hours of Virtual Golf Play to use at their convenience with Certificate.

💵 Payout:

* Prize Money is based on total number of participants with $50.00 PP from Registration going to the Purse.

* Prize Purse Distribution: 50% Champoinship, 30% First, & 20% 2nd Flights.

🌍 Course Play

* Courses, Rules, & Settings will be standardised across each flight, with flighting round being standardised for all.
*New Matches will start every other Monday, allowing two weeks to complete each match.

Fall Hours Start Monday September 15th:

Golf Operations, Food & Beverage: Open Daily From 8:00AM to "When the Cows Come Home"

Pro Shop & Club Repair: Open Daily from 9:00am to 5:PM

The "Cows Come Home" when the weather and/or traffic for that particular evening no longer make sense to remain open. Many nights we will still be open late, but suggest you call before making the trip after dark during this time of year. Our Closing Staff will make the call in 2/hour increments beginning at 6:00PM nightly.
