Join Angelina for this 75 minute dynamic movement workshop. We’ll go over exactly what kipping is and how you can begin to utilize kipping mechanics to add power and flair to your movement both on the ground and in the air. Get ready for all the progressions as we learn the mechanics from the ground up to build both safety and confidence. No matter where you’re starting from, there will be lots variations to explore.

*recommended for intermediate levels and up

Mistletoe Magic: A Flirty Lap Dance Experience with Ali

Get ready to unwrap some holiday fun! This playful workshop is all about exploring flirty movement in a pressure-free, judgment-free zone. Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned mover, single or coupled up, feeling yourself or not quite there yet—you're welcome here.

Ali will guide you through fun, approachable choreography that takes the "sexy" pressure off and adds pure playfulness back in. Think less performance, more play! You'll learn how to move with confidence while having a blast, whether you're dancing for a partner, yourself, or just for the joy of it.

What to wear: Santa Baby attire is totally welcome but absolutely not required! Please bring an oversized hoodie or jacket and layers to play with as part of the experience.

Who this is for: Everyone! Seriously. All bodies, all levels, single or not, feeling sexy or feeling awkward—come as you are. This is a fun, friendly space where the goal is to laugh, move, and surprise yourself.
