HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🎂🎈🎉 to the most amazing woman!! 30 never ever looked so damn beautiful. The first time I met Paige, I kissed her before I even said hello. The first time we talked on the phone, we talked for 8+ hours. I loved you from the moment I met you. Head over heels from day one. We've been together through some of the toughest times and you handle it all with so much grace and strength. You have made miraculous changes that would take an ordinary person a life time to figure out. You are the strongest, bravest, sweetest, most thoughtful and compassionate person I've ever met. I'm in absolute awe of you every day. If you're ever lucky enough to be around my future wife, she has the most contagious positive energy. Her laugh and smile will cure your worst mood. So incredibly proud of this kid 🥹. Landyn went undefeated 3-0 this weekend in his second tournament ever to take 1st 🥇 place.

This kids been through a hell of a lot in his 9 years on this planet. But he always keeps a positive attitude, works hard, never misses a practice, and is a phenomenal teammate. 🤼‍♀️ I'm beyond lucky to watch his extraordinary growth over this past year and can't wait to see how much further he goes. 🏴‍☠️ 💪🏽

Lift more Live more. I believe in being as physically strong as possible for those around you that need you most. Being weak is never an option in life. Life's unexpected turns require us to be strong, fit, capable, both physically AND mentally. The strength and resilience I've learned in the gym has transferred to every other avenue of my life. Becoming a parent being the most important of all. They're why I lift. I lift to keep up with my kids. To be stronger and a better more compassionate and helpful partner to my future wife. To have more energy so I can do more with them and for them. Lift more to live more.

Want to get stronger? Hang out with strong people as often as possible. As with anything else you want to improve upon in life; find people who are already good at that thing, be around them as much as possible. Grateful to train with this badass. 💪🏽🥋
