Pikes Peak Athletics - Training Center PPA provides swim lessons for all ages, a competitive USA Swimming club team and so much more!

Programming at Pikes Peak Athletics (PPA) is designed to embrace our core values of Teaching that Works, Craftsmanship with Care, and Dedication to Relationships. Programs are designed and implemented using cutting edge methods and a philosophy that focuses on long term athlete development. To better serve our families, Pikes Peak Athletics Training Center (PPATC) is located in central Colorado Sp

rings. PPATC is the home pool for PPA programs and provides more availability for swim lessons, camps and clinics, triathlon team, monthly access passes for lap swim and gym use, personal training services, and physical therapy provided by Orthopedic Rehabilitation Associates. Key Facility Components Include:

World-class 25 yard by 25 meter (10 lane, 25 yard) pool from Myrtha, supplier of the 2016 USA Swimming Olympic Trials and 2016 Rio Olympic pools

Warm-water teaching pool for swim lessons and water therapy

Men’s and Women’s locker rooms with four dedicated family changing rooms including showers

Dedicated parent viewing areas alongside teaching pool and overlooking large training pool

Fitness facilities include a strength and conditioning gym, multisport room, and spin/treadmill area

Large lobby and reception area including swim apparel retail

We’re growing our team at Pikes Peak Athletics!

We’re currently hiring Swim Lesson Instructors and a Front Desk Lead to join our team in the heart of Colorado Springs.

If you love working with kids and families, enjoy being part of a supportive and energetic team, and want a job where the work you do genuinely matters, we’d love to hear from you!

Our Swim Lesson Instructors help swimmers build confidence, develop lifelong water-safety skills, and discover just how much they’re capable of in the pool. Our Front Desk team is the heart of the family experience at PPA, and we’re looking for a strong leader who can support our team, strengthen our systems, and help keep everything running smoothly.
