2.5 years ago I started my small group training business here in Colorado Springs. Amanda Lyons was my first client , she took a chance with me. Quickly became a lifetime friend as well as client. These 3 ladies have stuck by me, working hard and hitting goals. Over the past few years, so many amazing clients have sweat with me, 1-3 x a week. Some for just a season of their life, others till the very last week. In a month I will be moving my business to Alabama, as my family moves there. A new chapter will begin, and I can’t wait to meet more incredible people. It was scary taking a leap and trusting my abilities (even if I technically had no idea how to start a business). I truly LOVE sharing my passion of fitness and healthy lifestyle choices, with other people, as well as helping them start to believe in themselves and hit their goals.

Hi!! I’m Carolyn, owner of CB Bootcamp! Come join me for an hour long small group session, including 1-5 clients. You get one on one attention (IE personal training) in a fun group setting. We focus on STRENGTH, CARDIO, FLEXIBILITY, and STABILITY. We discuss and focus on Healthy life style changes, goals to be reached and have a lot of fun along the way! If you like being challenged or don’t know where to start in your fitness journey CB Bootcamp is the place for you.
