CLEARING UP SOME CONFUSION ABOUT SB25-003

Think you need an SSF Eligibility Course to purchase ANY semi-automatic handgun?

That’s not the case.

Most handguns are NOT included in the new SSF requirements. SB25-003 specifically excludes single- or double-action semiautomatic handguns that use recoil to cycle the action.

Still confused? Come see us. We can help explain which fi****ms are affected by the new requirements and which aren’t.

SB25–003 has created yet another barrier between law-abiding Coloradans and their constitutional rights. Magnum is fighting back—but we also have to operate within the law.
