Happy Flex Friday!💪 I'll like to take this moment to give a special shout out to . Over the past couple of months, She always wanted to be able to perform a muscle up. So, after working on her technique and many attempts later, I'm proud to announce she finally achieved her first muscle up.👏 Consistency turns hope into habit and dreams into reality. So proud of all your hard work!🙌💪

Ended up tweaking my right shoulder during one of my lifts. I wasn't able to lift my arm over my head without experiencing pain. I reached out to my good friend Scott from to examine my shoulder to make sure I didn't tear anything. Not only was I scheduled the following week, but we started right away with microneedling during my first session. Right away, I saw massive improvements in my range of motion (ROM), and the pain I was experiencing was drastically reduced. I was given a list of exercises to do to help strengthen my rotator cuff and increase my (ROM). If anyone is experiencing any type of shoulder pain or discomfort, I highly recommend reaching out to Scott from Backcountrypt. 💪

During this time, learn more about your shoulders, what can go wrong, and how to avoid it. You'll leave with a list of things you can do to improve mobility and function to avoid pain and injury.
