Ended up tweaking my right shoulder during one of my lifts. I wasn't able to lift my arm over my head without experiencing pain. I reached out to my good friend Scott from to examine my shoulder to make sure I didn't tear anything. Not only was I scheduled the following week, but we started right away with microneedling during my first session. Right away, I saw massive improvements in my range of motion (ROM), and the pain I was experiencing was drastically reduced. I was given a list of exercises to do to help strengthen my rotator cuff and increase my (ROM).
